Monitoring Progress

Having set the strategic direction through the Well-being Plan, the Public Services Board will work to deliver on the well-being objectives over the next 25 to 30 years – these will be reviewed and refreshed in five year cycles.

Executive sponsors from the Public Services Board oversee the activity and provide direction to officer leads who make up the Officer Support Group.

The Public Services Board is scrutinised by the local PSB Overview & Scrutiny Committee in respect of the well-being assessment, the well-being plan and annual reports. O&S reports can be seen on the section for Public Services Board Scrutiny.

The Future Generations Commissioner and the Auditor General for Wales also monitors the Public Services Boards activities, assessments, plans and annual reports.
